Elizabeth is an AHPRA accredited Registered Psychologist, a Member of the Australian Psychological Society and a Registered Medicare Provider. She has been practicing for over 15 years, having worked in community settings, the government and the private sector.
Elizabeth has experience working with adults presenting with issues such as depression, anxiety, panic disorders, and post- traumatic stress disorder. She has counselled people facing a broad range of concerns such as life and workplace stress, adjustment to change, relationship and parenting difficulties, chronic disease and pain, and grief and loss.
Elizabeth is a dedicated, caring, compassionate, and respectful psychologist. She works collaboratively with her clients, supporting them to navigate through life’s challenges and transitions, gain new insights and extend their strengths, leading to improved well-being, relationships and goal achievement.
Elizabeth utilises a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities in counselling including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Narrative Therapy. Her approach is personalised to meet individual needs and utilise one’s unique strengths and values.
